Be a Volunteer!

We have many volunteer opportunities in your child's classroom and in the library. Please contact your child's teacher for more information. If you would like to volunteer in the library, please contact Mrs. Comeaux.

You must complete the Volunteer Training Session online via the Judson ISD website in order to help in your child's classroom and/or attend field trips.  After completing the training, you can create an account on the website which will grant you access to any school events we have that require volunteers, you can log your hours, and communicate with other volunteers, etc. 

Important Note:  Each new school year, parent volunteers must take the online Volunteer Training Session.  In addition, the clearance form must be redone and entered into the volunteer database.  Anyone may complete training sessions.

All volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.

On Campus Volunteering

• Parents, guardians, and/or grandparents of a child attending a Judson ISD school, who choose to volunteer on campus, do not need to complete the Volunteer application, but will be required to check-in using the Verkada Verification System using their government-issued photo ID.
• Volunteers who are not a parent/guardian, grandparent or sibling or a One-Time volunteer must complete an application at the Judson ISD Volunteer Application.

Off Campus Volunteering (Field Trips)

• All volunteers wishing to chaperone a field trip must complete the Judson ISD Volunteer Application.

• Applications must be submitted 7-10 days prior to the field trip.

• The application must be completed once per school year.

All Volunteer Applications must be renewed annually.
