Hey Ranger Friends and families! Apex has been on campus this week teaching the students how to level up their leadership! We have had an awesome first week. If you haven't already use your students VIP badge to log your student in and share their page, we are raising funds for student academic programs, campus improvements, and school events! The apex team has an awesome weekend challenge for us, ANY class that JUMPS $10/lap or more will get to pick 2 rewards off of the APEX POSTER. Their class could pick: extra recess, pj day, tech time, hat & shoes off day, pie apex, or mummify apex. We can't wait to see what your student will pick! Thank you so much for all your support! We are looking forward to celebrating our Grandparents on Monday. Please remind them to bring their ID. They can park in the front lot and check in through the front office. I would recommend that they come early because we are expecting a lot of Grandparents. Check -in will begin at 7:45 AM.

Our Apex Fun Run schedule has changed for Thursday, Sept. 11th. We will now have a Glow Run in the gym which will be nice with the AC. Each grade level will have their Glow Run during their Specials time throughout the day. We need volunteers for this event. A NEW sign up for has been created. This form must be completed in order for our nurses to provide any care for your child—including basic first aid. We are excited to begin our Apex Fundraiser starting next week on September 2nd. We will be using the funds raised for campus improvements, school events and to enhance student academic programs. The Apex Fun Run will be held on Sept. 11th. Thank you for your support.

We need your help filling out your 2025-2026 School Forms. This year, the District is collecting the forms electronically. When you login to the Skyward Family/Parent Portal, there is an icon labeled 2025-2026 School Forms. When you click on the icon, it will begin the process. The deadline to complete the forms is Sept. 1st. If you have any questions or need help please give us a call at 210-659-5045.

Ranger Families, We had a great first day of school today! We wanted to send a few reminders to help dismissal run smoothly and safely. The car rider line will get faster and faster as we get through the first week. Thank you for your patience. Please make sure you sign up your walker with the QR code we sent home today with the walkers. Walkers must walk home and cannot be picked up in a car. If you are meeting your walker on campus, please wait for them at the front sidewalk under the trees and not under the awnings at the front of the school. We look forward to a great first week!

Ranger Families, You can park in the front lot and walk your student(s) to class if you wish this week. We ask that parents exit the building by 7:30 AM so we can get started with our first day of school. We will start our regular morning drop off procedures next week. See you tomorrow!

We are excited for the first day of school on Wednesday, August 13th. Our new school hours are from 7:30 AM-2:50 PM. Students are counted tardy after 7:30 AM. Please take a look at our morning drop-off and car rider pick up maps to ensure you know where to go.

Parents can walk their students to class the first 3 days of school.

You can use the QR code to sign your walker up if needed.
