The Judson Independent School District is eligible to apply for Federal Impact Aid funds to operate and maintain our schools and enrich programs under Title VII of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act Public Law 103-382. Judson ISD is entitled to these funds based on the district's enrollment of students whose parents are federally connected, such as active-duty service members or civilians employed on federal property. The Department of Education requires our school district to survey every student to determine eligibility and show a record of our claim. It is essential that people who are federally connected complete this survey. The survey date is October 30, 2025.
How to complete the Federal Impact Aid Survey in Skyward:
1. Log in to your Skyward Parent Portal.
- Look for the Federal Impact Aid tile and click on it to start the survey.
2. Review Student Information
- If any contact information is incorrect, stop and contact your school's registrar to get it corrected before completing the form.
3. Answer Questions ️
- Answer Yes or No to the active-duty military question.
- Follow on-screen instructions to answer the remaining questions.
- Please ensure federal property addresses are complete.
- Dual Military Families: If both parents are active-duty, only use one parent's information to
complete the form.
4. Complete for Every Child
- You must complete a separate online form for each child you have enrolled in Judson ISD.
5. Sign and Submit
- Digitally sign the form and click Submit.
- School staff will need to contact you if any information is incomplete.

Ranger Families,
We have made some changes to our front office procedures based on a safety audit we had to make the front office and building even more secure. We want to share these changes with you so you are aware when you come to campus. Thank you!
Visitor Check-In:
-All visitors must show their ID to come into the building
-Our Verkada check-in system is now located in the foyer (vestibule).
-All visitors coming into the front office (ex: attending ARD meetings, teacher conferences, or any other meetings with staff) must sign in through Verkada and get a visitor sticker.
-Visitors will only be allowed into the front office if their reason for visiting requires that they come in the building. Otherwise, they will sit in the foyer (vestibule).
Tardies Procedure:
- Parents will sign-in students arriving after 7:30 AM using the sign-in sheets in the foyer (vestibule) and only the student will be allowed to enter the front office.
Early Pick-Up
-Parents/guardians must show their ID at the camera and provide the student’s name..
-The front office staff will verify in Skyward that they are listed for pick-up before releasing the student. The parent/guardian will wait in the foyer (vestibule).

Volunteers are needed to join our cheerleaders on December 12th during Morning drop off 7:00-7:30 to continue 15 days of kindness by celebrating our Rangers. (Assisting in distributing tokens and high fives.) Starbucks Coffee and pastries will be provided to parents/volunteers
